White Sauce and Pasta
Ingredients and Equipment
1 tablespoon of margarine or butter
1 tablespoon of plain flour
1 cup of milk
1/2 cup of cheese
100g pasta

Method
- melt margarine in saucepan
- stir in flour and cook over heat for about 1 minute. this mixture is called a roux. remove form heat
- add milk gradually and stir continuously over heat until mixture boils and thickens.
