1 teaspoon of yeast
1 tablespoon of water to add
1/4 of teaspoon sugar to feed the yeast
1/4 cup of flour for bench
2 cups plain flour
1 & 1/2 teaspoon of salt

Method
- pre-heat oven to 200 degrees Celsius
- roll dough out to fit the pizza tray
- prepare topping ingredients by chopping into small pieces
- combine sauce, tomato paste and herb and spread over pizza base
